During this one-on-one video session you will work with a tutor on the areas of your paper you are concerned with, in the same way that you would if you were to visit the Writing Center in person. Before you begin your session, be sure you can identify the areas that you feel you are struggling with so you can point them out to the tutor.
That way, your concerns are the focus of the 30 minute session. We do not proofread, writing center online tutoring, edit, or evaluate papers against rubrics, so it is important you come to the Online Tutoring session prepared to discuss what you need help with. For assistance with your paper via email asynchronously, attach it as a Word document when you set up your appointment.
Make sure you provide specific explanations or ask questions about your paper, as the tutor will not just proofread your paper without instructions.
