Scholarship Overview. We are asking students to write an essay of at least words about what makes a good, no GREAT, citizen within their community. We want to encourage students to find examples and current events from citizens that are serving their community. We are looking for emotion, creativity and compelling writing 3/26/ · Entries for the “We The Students Essay Contest” are now invited. The contest is estabshed by the Bill of Rights Institute. To be eligible, applicants must be between 14 and 19 years of age as of the end of the Contest Period We genuinely want to know how you would answer the question – what is the relationship between Equality and Justice?
