It was downright rude, intrusive and a gimmick to get money out of you in exchange for supposed "help" with resume' building. NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I sent an email to "Katie Warren" asking if that was the level of quality they expected people to pay for and the response was to "work with your writer." I agree with other customers' feedback that the formatting feels dated (justified?
